For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Melt nuttlelex and marshmallows 7 minutes/100 degrees/Speed 2.
Add Rice Bubbles and mix 40 seconds/Reverse/Speed 3.
Pour into a slice container and smooth flat. The spreading is easier with a non Thermomix flexible spatula.
Refrigerate until set.

I buy my Pascall white marshmallows off eBay. $50 for 5kg.
This recipe will almost fill the bowl. Do not be tempted to try and double the recipe.
