      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

A good recipe to tinker with depending on your preferences. I personally use Rice Bran Oil and this time I couldn't find any Light Brown Sugar at the shops. I substituted it for 1 tsp of brown sugar and 3 tsp of white sugar.
Story: The first time I made this as an experiment, I love sweet stuff tmrc_emoticons.D My Nanna, who is not a huge fan of sweet stuff and often says "oh no! that's too sweet for me!", actually really liked this recipe and asked me to write it down for her! Nanna liked my sweet stuff, what a win :P
