Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Great and east cake to make that impresses all. Only change i would suggest is to make lots of little fork holes in the cake to let the milk
mixture seep into. And 20 mins in the oven for the cake

I made this for my pregnant daughter in law as she's been having cravings. Found this very easy to make, but 2 tips, use a deep cake tin to hold the milk mix and to tell when the cake is done stick a toothpick in and when it comes out clean it's ready. Thankyou this was delicious.
