White Choc and Raspberry Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Milk Arrowroot Biscuits
  • 1 Block White Chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 100 grams frozen raspberries
  • 250 gram block cream cheese
  • Desicated coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits into bowl Closed lid speed 9 for 10 seconds, scrape down sides.

    Add chocolate blitz on speed 7 for 10 seconds. Check to see if any whole pieces are left. Blitz til fine.

    Add raspberries and cream cheese mix on speed5 until combined.

    Roll into teaspoon size balls and then roll in coconut.

    Set in fridge until firm.

    These were really nice and easy to make. My Thermo blade though did get stuck and had trouble mixing once everything went in (seemed to stop moving) but lucky this happened once things were combined enough.
