For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place peeled onion and garlic cloves in bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 7.
Scrape down the sides. Add butter and oil for 5 minutes on reverse speed 1 on varoma.
Add cream and vegetable stock paste and cook for 5 min reverse speed 1 varoma
Add prawns and cook for 7 minutes reverse speed 1 varoma
