Creamy Garlic Prawn Risotto
- 1 brown onion, Peeled & 1/4
- 3 cloves garlic, Peeled and halved
- 25 grams Butter
- 300 grams arborio rice
- 300 grams Cooking cream
- 130 grams white wine
- 40 grams chicken stock paste
- 450 grams water
- 250 grams green prawns, Peeled & de-veined
- 100 grams Parmesan cheese, Grated

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Put Parmesan cheese in thermomix bowl. 5 secs Speed 7 - put aside
2. Onion & Garlic in bowl. 3 secs Speed 7. Scrape down sides
3. Add butter. Sauté 2 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 1
4. Add butterfly
5. Add Rice & Wine. 5 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed 1
6. Add Stock, Cream & Water. 17 mins, reverse, speed 1. Place Steam basket on lid to allow heat to escape and avoid spitting
7. Add prawns. 1 min, reverse speed 1
Serve with Parmesan Cheese
