Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure rice in Simmering Basket, rinse rice until water runs clear.
  2. Add water to bowl, insert Simmering basket with rice and cook 23minutes/veroma/speed4 - without the measuring cup
  3. Add rice to a non metallic bowlKettle
  4. Mix rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt together - mix through the rice and leave to cool
