Delicious. Soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I used a full can of condensed milk as I like soft cookies, and they were perfect.   Smile

Would be yum with M & M's too, will try that next time.

Delicious dough and cookie! I didn't have any chips/bit so chopped block chocolate before starting dough and they came out like marble....so good. I haven't made many biscuits so I over estimated the size of the balls and hence had giant cookies. I will go smaller next time. Can't wait to do another batch. Have saved this recipe but don't think it'll be long before I know it off by heart. Thank you!

These are the best choc chip cookies.  Make them every week

Amazing! I could only cook 2/3 dough and that made 30 decent sized cookies. Saving rest of the dough in the freezer.

kids loved them too...2 yr old and 40 yr old lol Big smile

I made a half batch (oops, I forgot to halve the choc chips......oh well).  I still got 2 dozen biscuits.  A delicious alternative to our usual choc chip recipe.

These are by far the best cookies ever! Made about 60 smaller cookies with a batch! Used almost a can of the condensed milk, but might add slightly less next time.

This is my go to cookie dough mix - I even put m&m's in for something different. Mix on interval after adding the choc pieces and I wait a little to roll them as the mixture becomes less sticky. My kids love them Smile

I've made my third batch for this week already and freezed them all ready to go camping with us. Wonderful recipe! :)

Just made these & for those asking, the condensed milk is roughly 200 with 4 generous heaped tablespoons Smile  They smell delicious, can't wait to taste them  Smile

Love My Thermie

Wow this is the best cookie recipe I have ever, EVER tasted. I only use 200g of butter though!!! But stil tastes great!!!!! This is the only recipe I have used for the past year now!!! I havn't made anything else but the trouble is they go sooooooo quickly!!!!!

Smile omg these are awesome. My kids loved these.

Great.  Soooo easy and all ingredients are usually in the pantry.

The jury is out on this one!  With 3 cookie experts in the house....this recipe won on all levels.  The only thing I changed was I added a full can of condensed milk...

Absolutely beautiful flavour, easy to make, great recipe to follow.  A+

Yum Yum Yum! Lucky I only cooked 1/2 the batch and put the rest in the freezer for later.

Excellent recipe. I chopped half milk chocolate melts and half dark chocolate melts first for a few seconds. i had a few chunky bits and some smaller bits.  I then added the chopped melts instead of the choc bits.  My tablespoons of   condensed milk were also quite generous.  Definitely make these again.

Made a second batch and only had 180g butter so reduced flour to 300g.  They still turned out great.

Made these yesterday, and have to limit consumption by family so they last more than a day!  These are the best choc chip biscuits I've made, interval for mixing in choc chips worked well.  They don't take long to cook at all.  'Move over Mrs Fields!'

Yum, yum! Be good to know the weight measure for the condensed milk.

Very nice, instead of choc bits I used choc melts and chopped them in the TM first. The cookies came out like a marble cookie.

Great comment yes I must admit that my 4 tablespoons of condensed milk are very generous definitely not neat ones. Also yesterday I made them and I tried putting the mixture on interval to mix in the choc chips which seemed to work better. I just put it on interval for 1minute.

Easy recipe! Tasted a little flourey if that's a word so next time i'll probably add a bit more condensed milk but this is a keeper for sure!
