If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place Tasty Cheese into TM Bowl and grate for 7 sec/speed 8. Set aside
2. Place shallots, capsicum and gherkins in TM bowl chop 4 sec/ speed 4
3. Add cream cheese. Combine 4 sec/ speed 5
4. Scrape down sides. Add Tasty cheese and worstershire sauce. Mix again 10 sec/ speed 3/"Counter-clockwise operation" .
5. Place in fridge in either 1 or 2 bowls for 30 min to harden.
6. Remove and roll in 1 large or 2 smaller balls.
7. Place curry powder in a bowl and coat the cheese ball.

Love this recipe. I make it into 3 and freeze it for when friends come over. Works really well. Thanks for the recipe. I do cut back the sauce when I am going to freeze it as that can make it too wet.
