Salsa

  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 red or green chilli, with or with out seeds depending on how spicy you want it
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato, or equivalent cherry tomatoes- use good quality tomatoes for the best flavour
  • 1tsp ground cumin seeds
  • 1tsp Ground Coriander
  • salt & peper, to taste
  • 20g Fresh corriander leaves
  • lime juice, just a squeeze to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Fresh Spicy Capsicum Salsa
    • Chop chilli & garlic first speed 7 for 3 secs add everything else & turbo 2-3 times, drain off excess liquid & serve with organic corn chips & Thermie green avocado dip tmrc_emoticons.-)

    Lovely fresh salsa! I didn't have a red onion so used 4 spring onions instead. Also reduced cumin to 1/2 teaspoon. Delish!
