- 1 green pepper, Diced
- 1 red onion, Chopped

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place the carrots into the bowl and cook on egg boiler mode until tender, I do it twice on hard boiled eggs
- Once cooked add the onions and pepper into a large bowl, meanwhile Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and cook for 3 minutes on 70 speed 4
