1 kg carrots, Peeled and sliced
1 green pepper, Diced
1 red onion, Chopped
1/2 --- Cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 level tsp mustard powder
1/2 level tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup olive oil

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Cook the carrots

Place the carrots into the bowl and cook on egg boiler mode until tender, I do it twice on hard boiled eggs

Once cooked add the onions and pepper into a large bowl, meanwhile Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and cook for 3 minutes on 70 speed 4
