Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius (fan forced). Melt butter in microwave and set aside to cool. Place all dry ingredients in thermomix bowl and combine on Speed 4 for 30 seconds.
Add all other ingredients except for raspberries and combine on Speed 6 for 20 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl and combine for 6 seconds on Speed 6.
Pour mixture into muffin cases 1/3 at a time, adding raspberries manually after each layer (this prevents the colouring of the mixture that occurs if you add the raspberries in the Thermomix).
Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes and dust with icing sugar. Delicious moist, fluffy muffins. Enjoy.

Lovely muffins. I used spelt
Lovely muffins. I used spelt flour and blueberries as I didn't have any raspberries. Next time I'm going to turn my oven down as 200c fan forced was way to high. Thanks for sharing a delicious recipe.
