Ingredients

  • 250 grams Nut Butter - Your Choice
  • 2 Small Bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 250 grams Frozen Berries

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180Degrees 

     

    1. Mix nut butter (Or nut butters if you are using a mixture) into Thermomix Bowl and mix speed 6 for 30sec

     

    2. Decrease speed to 3 for 1minute and put Bananas, Eggs, Baking Powder and Vinegar through the hole while blades are stiring 

     

    3. Pour in Berries and Mix for 10 secons speed 2

     

    4.Put mixture into 12x Muffin tin and Bake @ 180degrees for 15-18mins depending on your oven. 

     

    5. Remove from oven when Muffins spring back and have a crusty outside apparance 

     

    6. Enjoy tmrc_emoticons.)

Tip

If you would like Muffins to be sweeter add Honey or a raw sugar of your liking for a more sweeter version tmrc_emoticons.;)
