If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place all ingredients in thermomix bowl and blitz for 20 seconds/speed 7.
- Add mixture into a lined tin, smooth out and place in freezer to set.
- Place all ingredients into thermomix bowl and blitz for 10 seconds/speed 8
- Add to the base layer and smooth out. Place back in freezer for at least an hour to firm up.
- Melt the coconut oil in the thermomix. 100 degrees for 2 minutes/"Gentle stir setting" .
- Add the rice malt syrup and mix for 3 seconds/speed 4.
- Add the cacao powder in and mix for 10 seconds/speed 5.
- Pour over middle layer and smooth over with a spoon.
- Place back in freezer until completely set (around 1 hour).

Tip
Slice is better kept in the freezer as the middle layer sofens easily.
