      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Best Yogurt Ever
  1. Add milk and milk powder to bowl, mix for 10 seconds speed 4 (or until powder has dissolved.

    Heat 40° kettle mode

    add yogurt starter

    ferment mode for 12 hours after time laps reset to 4-12 hours

    Make sure you set at 37-40°
