- Add all ingredients and mix for 12 seconds on speed 4
- Warm up mode - 40 degrees
- Pour into jars/container and pop into the varoma
- Rinse jug and add 250 grams of water and a splash of vinegar or lemon juice
- Select fermentation mode at 70 degrees for 7+ hours or longer if preferred (the longer the tangier)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
