Bircher Muesli with apple and blueberries

  • 60 grams dry rolled oates
  • 160 grams unsweetened applie juice
  • 120 grams low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 fresh apple (medium)
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 80 grams fresh blueberries (2 punnets)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place rolled oates in Closed lid.  Pulverise for 5 seconds / speed 8 / Dough mode.

    Add juice a yoghurt to Closed lid blend for 5 seconds / speed 5.  Refigerate overnight.

    Peel and finely chop apple and add to Closed lid with oat mix.  Blend for 5 seconds / speed 5. 

    Serve muesli topped with sunflower seeds and fresh blueberries.

    I love this recipe, so do my children.  I use a little less juice and add Chia seeds before I refrigerate overnight. Yum!!
