      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Brown sugar
  1. add sugar to bowl and drizzle molasses ontop, try to spread it out so it blends smoother.

    8secs, REVERSE speed 6.

    Stop and scrape down the sides of the bow, you may need to repeat the above step.

    store in an airtight container in the pantry.

Tip

You can make smaller batches with this recipe, just halve if needed.

If you need a higher volume of brown sugar complete the recipe multiple times, dont increase the batch as you may not end up with an even mixture.

    Thank you,I had been using another recipe from the community, but this one is better Cooking 7 I think the difference is this one uses reverse, much better texture
