Bubble Cinnamon Crunch

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Organic Cocount Oil
  • 2 tbsp Organic Rice Malt syrup

Dry Ingredients

  • 200 grams Mixed Puff Cereal, (Rice, Quinoa, Millet, Buckwheat etc)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 175c.

    Line a large baking tray.

  2. Ingredients
  3. Place cocount oil and rice malt syrup in TM bowl.

    Melt 2min/37c/Speed 2 or until melted.

    Add puffed cereal and cinnamon to melted mixture in TM bowl.

    Mix 10sec/Speed 5 Counter-clockwise operation

  4. Bake
  5. Spread on to lined baking tray and place in oven for 15min.

    Allow to cool completley before placing in an airtight container.

You can replace Rice Malt Syrup with Maple Syrup or Honey.
