Frosting

  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 cup packed soft brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/2 level teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 1 Cup marshmallows, White

Recipe's preparation

    Frosting
  1. Melt butter1-2 minutes speed 2. Add brown sugar and milk and bring to boil 100 degrees speed 3-4. Cook for 11/2 minutes speed 3. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and mix speed 3 until smooth. Add powdered sugar to bowl and mix on low speed 30 seconds. Increase speed to 5-6 and beat till smooth and creamy. Use immediately as frosting sets as it cools.
