Chai Buttercream Icing

  • 1 or 2 teaspoon Chai powder
  • 120 g Butter
  • 300 g icing sugar
  • 30 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except milk into the bowl and mix on Counter-clockwise operation speed 2 for 15 sec, add milk and continue mixing for 4 minutes. Scrape down sides of the bowl with spatula if needed.

    The easiest and best icing I have ever made.  Light and fluffy - spreads perfectly on our favourite chocolate cake - (the melt and mix chocolate cake on recipe community).  I add coffee dissolved in a small amount of hot water, instead of the chai flavour.  Delicious on chocolate cake!  Our kids are not normally icing lovers, but they love this one.  Thank you!
