If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Chop onion and garlic in bowl 2 sec/speed 7
Scrape down sides,
soak bread under running water and squeeze out excess water, place in bowl with onion
add herbs, salt and pepper
mix 8 secs/ speed 4
use as required - inside chook, and roast.

I halved the recipe and it filled a small 1.6kg chicken perfectly. This stuffing tasted nice but was a bit mushy for our liking due to wetting the bread.

Good traditional filling, easy and tasty. There was too much for my chicken but i rolled the rest into a log and baked it beside the chicken and it was lovely and crispy .
