      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Process
  1. Put all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and process on speed 9 for 40 seconds. This should give you a sticky mixture.

Process again in 10 second increments if the nuts and dates are not broken down enough.

Roll into small bite size balls (5-10c piece size)

Keep in air tight container in fridge or cupboard depending on weather.

    Optional extras:

Add 50g protein powder to the mixture for a protein ball.

Roll balls in desecated coconut or extra cacao for an extra touch

    Tips:

If the mixture is not sticky enough then add a teaspoon of water to bring it together.

I cut down on the dates and almonds (also used oven roasted almonds, as I didn't have raw), and this turned out great! Will be making it again tmrc_emoticons.-)
