Ingredients

520 g

  • 350 grams white rice
  • 70 grams Tapioca Starch/Flour
  • 150 g brown rice

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pour 350g of white rice,150g brown rice and 70g of tapioca starch into mixing bowl.

    2. Blitz on speed 9 for 30 seconds, tap down the sides and blitz for a further 30 seconds, repeat until the mixture feels soft and less grainy.

Tip

Add a 2 teaspoons of baking powder to make it self raising.

Can be kept in an air tight container for future use.

    Pretty good, it's fine for bread, pizza base and pastry making, but I still find it a bit grainy for cakes. I blitzed over and over - should I use another blend for cakes? Or is the white rice? I just used white long grain, should it be a medium instead?
