Ingredients

250 g

cornflour

  • 250 grams popping corn kernels

Recipe's preparation

    Mill
  1. Pour kernels into TM bowl, Mill for 2 min/ Speed 9

     

  2. Store in a dry container

Tip

Please only do 250grams at a time so as not to overload the machine.

    I have found, however, that it doesn't work with eggless lemon butter. I have found a recipe for eggless lemon butter that I'm about to try in the thermomix (5) and it doesn't use cornstarch/flour. If it works, I'll post it.

    I also found the consistency wasn't the same as commercial, however, some of the commercial cornflour is made with wheat rather than corn, so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

    Was relieved to find this as I'm about to make choc egg free yogo but had no cornflour. Only thing I would suggest is it should come with a warning! The noise of corn kernels at speed 9 has left my ears sore
