Put apple juice, rolled oats, nutmeg and cinnamon into Thermoserver or bowl and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
Divide soaked muesli between individual bowls or containers.
Place almonds, coconut, cranberries and apricots into and chop 3 sec/ speed 5. Pour mix over muesli.
Place apple into and chop 2 sec/ speed 6. Pour over muesli mix and stir through gently.
Serve with fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt.
