Cranberry & Apricot Muesli

  • 200 grams rolled oats, Organic
  • 300 grams apple juice, 100% natural
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 40 grams Roasted almonds
  • 40 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 20 grams dried cranberries
  • 20 grams dried apricots
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, Remove core
  • Greek yogurt to serve
  • Fresh fruit to serve

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Put apple juice, rolled oats, nutmeg and cinnamon into Thermoserver or bowl and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.

  2. Divide soaked muesli between individual bowls or containers.

  3. Place almonds, coconut, cranberries and apricots into Closed lid and chop 3 sec/ speed 5. Pour mix over muesli.

  4. Place apple into Closed lid and chop 2 sec/ speed 6. Pour over muesli mix and stir through gently.

  5. Serve with fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt.
