      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into TM (except butter)Blend 30sec/speed 6 Closed lid MC on.

  2. Heat frying pan with small knob of butter. When hot add batter, when the pancake changes colour and starts to lift turn pancake over.

  3. Repeat until all batter has been used or store in fridge for upto 2 days and use as needed.Serve with sugar & lemon or try other ideas.

    great recipe, tasted great! Quick 'n' easy. They were a bit thicker than crepes because my mum put TOO MUCH BATTER IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    To make crepes not too chewy, replase 400g of water with 300g mineral water and 100g of sunflower oil.
