  • 450 grams white rice
  • 70 grams Tapioca Starch/Flour

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pour 450g of white rice, and 70g of tapioca starch into mixing bowl.

    2. Blitz on speed 9 for 30 seconds.

Tip

Add a 2 teaspoons of baking powder to make it self raising.

Can be kept in an air tight container for future use.

    I just googled it and yes it is the same.  You can make it by grinding tapioca pearls (is that what you mean by tapioca seeds?).

    Worked well. I ground my rice for 2 mins as I find 1 min gives a gritty texture. Not just your recipe....thought I'd clarify.

    Is tapioca starch the same as tapioca flour???? if so can i make it from Tapioca Seeds???? Hoping so cos that would be very simple.
