- 1 cinnamon quill, or 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- 1 nutmeg, whole
- 1/2 zest of orange
- 80 g coconut oil
- 185 g Maple syrup
Dry ingrediants
- 200 g Almonds Whole
- 150 g pumpkin seeds
- 150 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g chia seeds
- 80 g Shredded coconut
- 150 g sesame seeds
- 50 g Puffed rice or any other puffed grains

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Add cinnamon quill, nutmeg & zest to the bowl and mill for 1 minute on spd 9.
Add coconut oil, maple syrup and bring to the boil (approx 3-5 mins) 100 degrees spd 2.
Once spice mixture has cooled slightly mix for 10 seconds on spd 4 then weight in dry ingrediants.
Then with the aid of the spatula mix for 1 min
Spd 3.
Once cooled stir through dried fruit.
Bake for 15 mins or until golden, stirring once or twice.
Bake in 2 batches.

THIS IS AMAZING! Loved it! I halved the recipe in case I didn't like it, I'll double it next time! I did only put in about 50g of coconut oil and 60g of maple syrup but kept the orange and cinnamon the same. Soo good! Thanks for the recipe.

This is a great recipe. It has filled the house with an amazing smell of cinnamon and orange. I didn't have any maple syrup so used Honey and some golden syrup. I also added some LSA and didn't have any puffed wheat . In the house so left it out. It has made ample. Can't wait for breakfast .
