If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place white rice flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum and psyllium husk in "Closed lid" .
2. Mix 10sec/speed 6MC on.
3. Pour in boiling water then knead "Dough mode" 1min.
4. Tip dough onto a Thermomat and knead into a ball.
5. Working with a quarter of the dough at a time roll as thin as you can. You may need to sprinkle with a little rice flour to prevent it sticking.to the rolling pin. Place a damp cloth over the remainder of the dough so it doesn't dry out.
6. Cut into your desired shape (don't use anything sharp if you're working on a Thermomat).
7. Fill with desired filling, fold and steam in the varoma 10-13min/steaming temperature/speed 1 or follow the instructions of your chosen recipe.
You may need a minute or 2 extra depending on the thickness of your wrappers.
