      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

    Pour oil, honey and maple syrup into Thermomix.

    Heat 1 min 30 seconds, 100 degrees, speed 1.

    Add oats, puffed rice, coconut flakes and chia seeds to heated liquid.

    20 seconds, speed 7.

    Scrape down bowl and repeat if desired.

    Add to oven trays and cook For 12 mins (different ovens may vary in time)

    I do cook mine in 3 batches.

    Serve with fruit and yoghurt
