If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1.) Add 1.5 Cups Self-Raising Flour and 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt into the Thermomix bowl "Closed lid"
2.)"Dough mode" Using the ‘Dough’ setting, knead the ingredients together for 2 mins until dough texture forms.
3.) Remove dough from Thermomix bowl and place onto a floured surface or Thermomix Silicone mat. Mold the dough together with flour by hand into a ball.
4.) Using a rolling pin, roll your dough out to the your desired pizza size
5.) Place your rolled out pizza dough onto appropriate cooking tray, add sauce and toppings and bake in hot oven until brown and crispy
