  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp mixed peppercorn
  • zest and juice 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano

Recipe's preparation

    Marinade
  1. 1. Peel zest off lemon and add to TM bowl with salt and peppercorns. Mix for 7 seconds, speed 10. Scrape down bowl and repeat.

    2. Add rosemary, thyme and oregano and mix for 5 seconds, speed 10.

    3 Add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix for 5 seconds, speed 10.

    4. Pour over meat - works best with lamb or chicken.

    Great flavour. I didn't have lemons so I added some dijon mustard. I poured it over chicken thighs and baked them in the oven for 40 minutes. Would make it again.
