Tip

You can use almond meal instead of oats or almond or coconut milk instead of milk.

Can subsitute vanilla flavour powder to flavour of choice.

Need to keep in fridge.

Great for a snack instead of buying expensive protein bars from the supermarket.

  • Just made these and they

Just made these and they turned out ok. I made them into balls and didn't worry about the topping. I found that I needed more milk though (I didn't measure but it may have been 20g more) and it was then a perfect consistency to roll them. I won't comment on taste because that is dependent on the protein powder I used (may also be why I needed more milk) but they were easy enough to make so will make again with just a tad more milk and maybe even some peppermint or vanilla essence for something different tmrc_emoticons.)
