      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    To Make Flour Mix
  1. Mill the white rice for 1 1/2 minutes/speed 9. Put into a separate container.
  2. Mill the brown rice for 1 1/2 minutes/speed 9. Add to the white rice.
  3. Add tapioca or arrowroot flour.
  4. Measure the cornflour or potato starch into the mixing bowl. Add in the milled rices and tapioca.
  5. Add the xanthan gum to the flour mixture and mix for 20 seconds speed 5.
  6. Put into an airtight container.
