      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    1.
  1. Pour pack into jug

  2. Add two litres of heat treated milk

  3. Mix on 5 for 20 seconds

  4. heat to 37'c for 5 mins on speed 2

  5. pour into (I used 12) small container and remainder into easiyo container ( with hot water in there already) 

  6. Place lids on and put into slow cooker that's been lined with a tea towel then cover with tea towel and replace slow cooker lid

  7. Set timer to come on for 10 minutes every 2 hours for 12 hours and turn on! 

  8. I usually start at 730pm so the process starts at 8pm so it's ready for me to pop into the fridge before school run in the morning. 

    Makes 12 pots of yogurt plus a 1ltr container for $5.50
