- 12 portions pitted dates, Or medijool
- 1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder, Or cacao powder
- 2 heaped tbsp crunchy peanut butter, Or any nut butter
- 90 gram almond pulp, Or Almonds
- 2 heaped tbsp Rice malt syrup, Or Honey
- 100 grams desicated coconut, Or Cocoa powder

Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients into the Thermomix and 2.0 sec Turbo until desired consistency is achieved. Roll spoonfalls into balls and then desicated coconut or cocoa powder.
Enjoy straight from the fridge or freezer !
