- 5 grams chia seeds
- 1 pinch cinnamon

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Remove sten and core from Apple/pear and cut into quarters.
2. Place into jug and chop 3 sec, sp 5.
3. Scrape sides of jug and add remaining ingredients.
4. Cook for 6 mins, 90 deg, sp 1 or "Gentle stir setting" .
5. Serve with your choice of toppings. (Stewed fruit, banana, yoghurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, chopped nuts.

Tip
Easily double the quantity for more serves. I double for me and my two young children and there is plenty.
