Moroccan Spice Mix

Spice mix

  • 5 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 5 tsp Whole Cumin Seed
  • 5 tsp coriander seeds, whole
  • 2 tsp all spice
  • 2.5 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper, (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Recipe's preparation

    Spice mix
  1. Place all spices into the thermomix bowl. Dry roast 1min/100 degrees/speed 1. 

    Grind spices for 1min/speed 10 or until you have reached required consitency. 

    Store in cool, dark place, in a small airtight container.
