- 500 gram full cream milk
- 30 grams Greek yoghurt, Must have live cultures
- 28 grams milk powder, Optional for extra creaminess

- Weigh yogurt – Place a small bowl on the Thermomix lid and weigh 30g yogurt into it. Set aside.
- Heat milk – Add 500g milk to the mixing bowl and heat for 13 min at 80°C, speed 3, without the measuring cup.
- Mix milk powder – Add 28g milk powder and mix for 5 sec at speed 4.
- Cool down – Let milk cool naturally until it reaches 45°C (you can check by placing the bowl back into the Thermomix).
- Combine yogurt – Stir a little cooled milk into the yogurt, then add it back into the mixing bowl. Mix for 5 sec at speed 3.
- Ferment – Start
"Ferment" fermentation for 8 hours at 40°C.
- Chill – Transfer the yogurt to a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Strain for Greek-style – If you want thicker Greek yogurt, strain it using muslin cloth or a nut milk bag for a few hours.
