- 20 grams linseed, (flaxseed)

- 40 grams sunflower seeds
- 40 grams pepitas, (pumpkin seed)

- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl
- Mill 10 sec Speed 9
- Store in an airtight container in your fridge. Use within 1-2 weeks
