If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place the butterfly whisk into the bowl.
- Remove the rind from one lemon and place it and the sugar in the bowl. Chop on speed 10 for 20 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Squeeze juice from the five lemons,and add it to the thermomix (be sure to not add any pith or pips).
- Add butter the and eggs.
- Cook at 80 degrees, speed 3 for 12 minutes. Use the back of a clean spoon to test if the mixture is ready. It should stick to the back of the spoon and be shiny. If not quite ready, keep cooking in 1 minute increments.
- Pour into sterilised jars, seal and allow to cool. Can be stored in the fridge. Great used as a spread or to make tarts etc.

Hello Julia. The ingredients are not listed next the quantities. I am guessing the order is lemons, sugar, butter and eggs. This looks like a good quantity. I was disappointed with only 1 jar from BCB recipe. Eggplant.
