      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Onion Powder
  1. 1. Peel and Slice onions.

    2. Spread over dehydrator levels and dry for 8-10hrs until crispy.

    3. Put all dried onions pieces into thermo and grind until powdered. 

    4. Store in airtight jar.

    Intense aroma and flavour. Add to soups, meals, stocks and salads!

Tip

Same works for Garlic Powder! Just dry out whole cloves of garlic and grind

    This is so amazing! Thank you very much! The great thing about this is there are no nasties added! Do you think this will work with with ginger and turmeric aswell?
