- 30 grams Parmesan cheese, cut into 1cm cubes
- few sprigs fresh herbs (or a mixture), (ie parsley, basil, chives, rosemary)
- 3 pieces bread (around 80g), torn into 8ths

Accessories you need
Vary the herbs to suit what you have on hand, or what you are crumbing, ie rosemary is nice in a lamb chop crumb.
Add other ingredients to suit tastes, such as chilli if you like it hot.
To use the crumb:- coat meat of choice in plain flour, then coat that with egg/milk mixture, then coat that with your crumb mixture. Place crumbed meat in fridge until ready to use. Cook as desired.
Unused crumb mixture can be stored in a zip-lock bag in the freezer.
