Tip

Add 1 to 2 tablespoon to your smoothies or anything else you use protein powder in.

If you would like to flavour the powder mix to taste....  add 50g of sugar or stevia, or cocoa powder or a dried vanilla bean.

Be aware that if you add flavour to the powder, it is limiting in what other food you can add it too.
