- 250g sago
- 1000g water
- 90g coconut sugar
- 400g coconut cream
- 80g Raisins
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 bananas

Place water in TM bowl and sago in TM basket.
Cook 12 minutes 100 degrees/ speed 3. Remove Sago and place in Therm server
Place brown sugar, coconut cream in TM bowl. Cook 100 degrees speed 5
Place butterfly in TM bowl.Return sago, along with vanilla into TM bowl and cook 7 minutes/100 degrees, speed 2 with simmering basket on lid to prevent splatter
Add raisins and 10 seconds.
Either place in Thermoserver or individual glasses to set.
Cut bananas squeeze lemon juice over and serve.
