  • 15 grams Vanilla Bean Paste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    SF/GF Strawberry Pancake prep
  1. Throw everything into your thermomix bowl.

    Closed lid Mix Speed 4, 7 seconds

    Scrape down sides of bowl. Check consistency of batter.

    Repeat mixing step if needed. (Check consistency again, you may need to add more milk)

    Cook spoonfuls of mixture in frying pan on stovetop using coconut oil or butter to Cook pancakes. 

    Store prepared pancakes in warmed thermoserver while cooking remaining pancakes.

Tip

Serve warm with a little maple syrup +\- lemon juice.

Also great cold with jam spread over the top
