  • 5 or 6 --- large green apples,peeled, cored and roughly chopped
  • 10 grams apple juice, unsweetened.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place apples into bowl and chop 3 seconds speed 6.

    Add apple juice.

    Cook 10 mins 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation speed 1

     

    Add sugar if required and mix 5 secCounter-clockwise operation speed 4

Tip

We use stewed apple on our muesli and porridge. For desserts. To make apple sauce for pork just sprinkle in some mixed spice and heat through. tmrc_emoticons.)

    Delicious - thank you, turned out beautifully cooked - I didn't have apple juice so used water, and didn't add any sugar at all. I was going to add only at end if needed - but apples were sweet enough.

    About to make again with half apple and half rhubarb. Thanks for the recipe.

    Good base recipe. Only used 50g apple juice and added a good squeeze of lemon juice. Chopped 7 seconds speed 8.
