      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

Wash and let strawberries air dry. Turn oven onto 100 degrees C. Use a wire rack (cooling tray) with baking paper on top. Have clean dry jar to store powder in for use on items such as dark chocolate (cake pops, etc)
  1. Use as many strawberries as want

    No other ingredients required!

    1. Slice strawberries thinly

    2. Place sliced strawberries on baking paper on a wire rake - allow space on tray. Don't over crowd.

  2. 3. Cook in oven at 100 degrees for 90 minutes (may require slightly longer if haven't sliced finely.

    4. Turn oven off and open door ajar - allow to cool for 30 min

    5. Peel off baking paper and place in Thermomix (can store in sealed container at this point and use like this - wow flavour)

  3. 6. Blend at speed 10 for 20 seconds - check/ scrape down then blend again at speed 10 for another 20 seconds - finer consistency repeat. Courser consistency only do the one lot of 20 seconds.

Store in airtight container until required

Use on a strawberry or vanilla flavoured cake pop with dark chocolate coating and a small sprinkle of the strawberry powder. Or let your imagine run free.
