240 grams pumpkin, Cooked
125 grams Peanut Butter

Method

Add Rolled oats to bowl

Grind 30 second/speed 10. Turn oven to heat 180C

Scrape down bowl. Add peanut butter and cooked pumpkin.

Mix 20 seconds / speed 4. Scrape down bowl. Repeat if necessary

Tip onto silicone mat. Cover with baking paper and using rolling pin to flatten to 1/4-1/2" thickness.

Using spatula cut into small pieces or using cookie cutter (dog bone shape). Spread on baking trays. Bake 15mins. Allow to cool completely. Store in airtight container.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
